The Certificate called P2 (Certificate for the export of pasta to the USA - Article 2 of EC Regulation 88/2007 of 12/12/2006) is a document accompanying the export of pasta to the U.S.A. (codes NC 1902 11 00 1902 19 of the customs Tariff).

The certificate P2 that includes an original and three copies must be requested by interested parties (exporters of pasta) to the Customs Agency for the quantity of pasta exported to the USA.
