Video overviews of ADM’s work
The Italian Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency has adopted new methods of describing its own operational processes, creating animations and videos that allow for their transparent and dynamic representation: both the operational steps and the interrelationships between public and private subjects involved in various capacities in each process will be detailed in a clear and precise manner, while also describing the “rules of the game”, i.e. the national or supranational provisions, as well as the rules and administrative instructions applicable in individual cases.
