We kindly ask you to only forward requests concerning the topics covered by the digital URP Office (relations with the public), provided that the URPs of the Customs and Monopolies Offices can be consulted on the same topics.

All questions regarding the interpretation of tax legislation, not falling within the remit of the Digital URP, it is necessary to refer to the legislation governing the issuance of binding opinions and, where applicable, the ruling procedure. For the monopoly area, questions should be sent to the Central department for regulation and legal services - Regulation Office.
