Certification of Amusement with prize machines
In order to be produced, distributed and put into operation, the amusement with prize machines referred to in Article 110, paragraph 6 of the TULPS, must be certified by approved inspection bodies and agreements with the Customs and Monopolies Agency. All AWP devices, game systems and VLT games must therefore comply with the regulations and technical production rules dictated by the Agency and pass specific examinations carried out by these Bodies on the basis of the control guidelines adopted by ADM. Based on the certifications issued by the different bodies, the Agency releases the certificate of conformity after verifying administrative compliance with the sector regulations.
