Journalists from non-EU countries accredited to the event can benefit from the temporary admission regime for professional material accompanying them, by making a customs declaration orally at the customs office of arrival.

In order to facilitate operations, the journalists concerned shall be accredited at the Organizer, by communicating the list of equipment accompanying them, the related means of identification (registration number, serial number ...), the date and place of arrival.
