The owners of electricity-generating power stations must report their activity in advance to the Competent Local Customs Authority in order to obtain the required licence.

Plants powered by renewable sources with a power not exceeding 20 kW are an exception.

The video summarizes the steps towards the granting of the licence: formal verification of the documentation attached to the complaint, physical verification at the plant (first plant check, followed by another check in case of requirements for plant adaptations), the application of seals to the measuring systems, the payment of the deposit and the granting of the licence.

ADM closes the process described within 60 days of receipt of the complaint.
