The video shows the process of creation, approval and management of the PTA - Three-Year Automation Plan which governs the contractual relationships between ADM and SOGEI, an in-house company dealing with the financial administration; the PTA follows annual and three-year intervals that allow for the maintenance and development of ADM’s information system, with a view to constant improvement, adaptation to the AGID guidelines and compliance with the operational processes defined and implemented by ADM.

To respond to the automation needs of processes and procedures in line with the investment plan and budget availability, numerous project actions relating to the various operational, core business and support areas become annually part of the PTA.
